Re: Female Personal Hygiene
I heard kids playing outside my window...
some were playing "the americans", while others "the iraqis"
they were trying to figure out ways that the americans can kill the iraqis....

Re: Female Personal Hygiene
OHHHHHHHHHHHH....gotta ask if anyone knows first hand/know of someone who had this surgical procedure done for the post-acne concave marks on their face? where the "extra fat" is taken from any part of the body (mostly below the chin) inserted under the skin via a synringe..tthen the person does not have the bumps on their skin (bee nest), rather ithe skin is smooth and person looks much younger once the marks are gone!!
saw this on TV

Your problem may be due to you using all of that on your face...a lot of people want to "nuke" their acne in hopes of a quick fix but your only making the problem worse...you have to think simple..keep a light cleanser and then apply an "on the spot" cream like the one carried by neutrogena... Unfortunately, there is no quick fix you just have to wait it out like the rest of us...
BTW I'd be very careful with those "detox your system" pills because usually they are bogus and can you do more harm than good...at least thats what we have been reading in our "Pharmacy in the healthcare system" class in pharmacy school...

Don't do detox pills, do it the natural way:
Drink lots of green tea (brewed very weak so you don't go mad on caffiene)
Eat lots of fiber (beans, legumes)
cut down on the fat intake
cut down a bit on animal protiene
increase your intake of soy protiene.
That's what works for me anyway (as far as detox goes)

psychoteddybear, i was in the process of typing out a long post in response to you...but then my computer screen went blue and i had to restart and lost it. but caramel candy posted almost exactly what i was gonna say so i guess it worked out haha.
but yeah, everyones skin is different, but ive found at least with myself, that less is more and change is bad. gentle cleanser and a good moisturizer is the way to go imo
also...arent you getting married very soon? it could be nerves/stress thats causing the breakouts. try to relax, go to a spa and get a massage or something...even if it doesnt help the skin...it'd still be awesome!

Re: Female Personal Hygiene
Ok I'm just going to go ahead and ask this besharam and behaya question since it's all girls here ( )
So is ghusl necessary when you get turned on and release vaginal discharge? I think that is required for men and I always thought it was the same for women but now I am not so sure.

Depends...how much do you weigh now? Losing 23lb could just be like a few deckchairs off the titanic.
