Re: Female Personal Hygiene
'back to you' (john mayer)
back to you
it always comes around
..back to you
tried to forget you
tried to stay away
..but it's too late
over you
i'm never over
..over you
something about you
it's just the way you move
..the way you move me

My mom says it's a calcium and vitamin D deficiency (she suffers from terrible leg cramps) and suggests that you take a supliment specifically for calcium and vitamin D, and sit out in the sun for a while.
With thrombosis, you don't really feel a cramp, but one leg swells more than the other. My dad had a clot like that in his good leg (it's really scary when amputees get blood clots in their good leg) and he didn't feel any cramping, just a lot of adema.
If it comes again, you may as well get it checked out. It certainly couldn't hurt.

yeah what chootoo said about the blood clots is correct, it usually manifests as edema/swelling, not as muscular pain. i think it could be calcium too (or potassium or magnesium), but if youre taking prenatal vitamins i wouldnt recommend just taking anything more on your own unless you speak to the doctor first. dont feel shy about asking them about little things...they know its your first pregnancy and im sure theyve gotten waaaay worse questions than anything you can come up with haha.
35 weeks...almost there!

Re: Female Personal Hygiene
So today I has my LASIK. I was sort of scared going in, it was a bit weird, but wow, I don't see need glasses or contacts
I should be all healed up by tomorrow. Right now it's just a bit itchy but I can't rub my eyes and it's kind of blurry like after you've gone swimming, that white-ish blur film but they said by tomorrow I should be all good to go. No eye makeup though for 3-5 days, whew, right in time before hubz' visit
