I'm in a really awesome mood, Alhumdulillah and I hope it lasts inshAllah. I have been trying to memorize something for several months now. I went a long period time not working on it at all (months maybe?). Anyway, I picked back up on the memorizing and Alhumdulillah, I've come pretty close to completely it. Hopefully within the next week, iA I'll be able to memorize it and build confidence in my voice.

^ it's just that while i'm quick to agree with someone when i find them to be right/agreeable, i'm always quick to point out something that i dont agree with. and i dont mean it in a catty manner necessarily. i do that with the closest of my friends but we have an understanding of each others manner of approaching differences so we almost never get offended if we disagree even if it's a strongly debated issue. at the end of the day or the next day or whatever, it's not a dealbreaker for us and we continue about our regular business. of course, i am close friends with people whom i mostly agree with and so being on a forum with so many different kinds of people means i tend to disagree more than agree. and i also tend to forget i'm not speaking to people who know how i am already about disagreements so i might come off as really catty (sometimes i am catty but who isnt?). but it's just like if it's a disagreement over something i want to be matter of fact about it and convey that instead of a mixed vibe

. haha I'm just kidding. We all have bad days/weeks and the last week and the coming week were/will be very stressful for me....which is alright but inexcusable to let it affect my interactions with others. I'm sorry too for stuff I said earlier today or before today.

Inshallah I'm going to work on being a more positive person overall and not just on the boards (hence my admiration for and question to heba who always seems so sunny mashallah!

it's because she wants to be like me.

actually we're aquaintences but we didn't really used to be. we kind of understand that we disagree on some things and can tell each other that without flipping out about it cuz we agree on most things.
