I had morning sickness VERY badly....about 5/6 times a day and then ended up with an infection. The beginning of my pregnancy started very rough. I couldn't eat food AT ALL. But now alhumdulillah am 4.5 months so it's all calmed down a bit. I am glad the vomitting has stopped. I missed about 2 weeks of work in the summer coz of it!
InshAllah your friend's will calm down. Just hope like me she doesn't end up getting fever every 2/3 weeks with infection. Tell her to wash her hands regularly, wash fruits etc before eating.

Re: Female Personal Hygiene
I've been wanting to change my timings and start sleeping early and all of a sudden for the past two days I've been falling asleep early. Alhamdulilah.
I'm hoping the change continues.

Re: Female Personal Hygiene
btw...what do yall think of clinique makeup products? i went to the mall the other day..
MAC said to do a trial its 40 bucks but you get 40 bucks worth of their products..then the lady said you have to pay around 100- 150 when you get the real thing done
then i went to a clinique counter to buy some stuff and casually asked the lady if they do makeup for weddings..she said yea ..and they do it for free..plus theyd be willing to come to my hotel to do it...but how would yall compare MAC to clinique?
ill just have to make sure if i do it with clinique that they do it indian/paki bridal style makeup and not american light makeup

their colors don't work for me. I feel like clinique is more for caucasian women and I'm a tanned olive-skinned egyptian. there's too much pink in their concealers, foundations, etc. I hate their mascara.
eyeliner and blushes are okay.
I prefer MAC over clinique any day.
