Try women's one-a-day instead.

really..interesting..i never heard that about that brand...i take their active formula which is the same except for active people...and i take it cuz its the only one i know that doesnt have gelatin or whatever

you have a point. they recommend two pills per day, but ive been taking one for a while just cuz i thought i didnt wanna overload on vitamins also...

is it better to just take one pill?

I got to the hospital late today because of transportation issues. I'm glad because the lecture I would have had to go into is taking forever!

And today is my last day in the hospital as a student. Next time I step foot into a hospital, it'll be as a doctor, inshallah.

Nature Made Vitamins have gelatin, but they specifically mention that their gelatin come from Fish. You can get Nature Made vitamins at Walgreens.

yeah, there are tons of remedies out there, none of them worked for me. The only thing I found that helped was getting up about an hour earlier than I normally would, and drinking a class of juice before I ate my breakfast. By the time I went to school, the sickness had gone to a "tolerable" level.

Yeah, and you gotta develop a strategy for brushing your teeth. You REALLY need to brush your teeth now, but it makes me throw up half the time. The only thing I found helped with that is brushing my teeth on an empty stomach. That way even if I throw up, I don't have to eat all over again (thus necessitating ANOTHER round of teeth brushing)

Anyways this is the third frikkin day I'm craving ice cream. Usually my cravings go away but dangit I want ice cream!!!!! So being the smart cookie that I am, I checked out the Glycemic Index database and I'm going to get some low carb ice cream next time I go shopping. I'll have a little sometimes.. and then I can focus on my studying?

Anyways, I decided that once finals are over and I start summer classes, I'm going to take a class at a gym, probably spinning. Working out by myself at home just isn't working. I don't know if my workout is enough really. I really hope I can lose like 10 pounds by the end of the end of the summer I would be suuuch a happy camper. Then I hopefully find a way to lose 10 more pounds before my wedding in December.

Le sigh.

I thought that I would hate group classes, but I realized working out in a big group was more motivating. I still choose to stand in the back of the class and not participate in the counting and other things I found/find dumb, but working out with 15 other people there forces me to keep going. I don't want to quit and look like a dumb***. When I was working out at Ballys, other people were around me, but I still wasn't motivated. Switching over to the all women's gym keeps me going and so does my friend because she goes there too. Anyway, I hope you lose the weight that you want, iA .
