Update on me Mum:
Last Monday, I took me mum to the ER but they wanted to give meds which mum was allergic to....didnt work out, so I took her to our clinic to do emergency extraction. They guaranteed us a spot at 1 pm. Fine. We waited. And waited. I got tired and went up to ask the receptionist and she kept saying that we can go in a few minutes. This lasted until 4: 30 pm and by 3 pm my mum was literally crying because her pain had started again (the meds were wearing off).
I finally had it and went to the receptionist and asked her what the problem was and why she kept making us wait. Before she even finished, I just exploded with anger and yelled at her : "To hell with your few minutes! This is an emergency and you kept us waiting here since 10 am.....6 hours!! You bloody better hell get me in there right now or else I'll sue you and this damn clinic and then you can tell me to wait a few more minutes behind bars!"  Thats just basically the summary of my war of words with her.......the Head came out to talk to me and as best I could explain patiently, I did. 2 minutes later we are in the room waiting for the doctor.
By this time mum was so much in pain that the needle for anesthesia hurt a little bit more than it should have. I was standing there praying to Allah (swt) to ease my mum's pain and all the while crying.......after the extraction, the nurse had to take me out to calm me down. The extraction was successful and we were leaving. But I wasn't done. I called back the Head and told him that the receptionist better get suspended for her behavior or else I'm going to report this to higher authorities. He agreed and I think she got a suspension for 3 months without pay, which she should thank me for because apparently she kept "losing" my mum's file I feel satisfied. I hope I never see her again
Afterwards, the pain mum had was 10 times more terrible than before, but Alhamdullilah it went away within 2 days and now all is good......no more pain!
