Maybe you can just wait until the first trimester and then have your husband send them all a mass email with something like

"Asvi isn't feeling well and will be feeling better on (insert due date here). Please make dua iA"

it would be SO tempting to not tell them and let them find out another way...what a bunch of batches and I would really consider letting them find out on their own. But I agree, being a bigger person is better in the long run is better and zakks advice is awesome

hi ladies.

ok asvi: i honestly have the same issues with my cousins at times. it seems as if i never find out anything from them directly even though im so close to them. and i find out stuff from others before. but i do the best i can to be the better person and just swallow it and call them up to congratulate em on whatever it was. it makes them feel bad to an extent then anyhow, considering the thought that they didnt tell u directly verbally and u, in return, did use verbal communication. at the end of the day, theyre still family. thats just how i think of it as. no matter what u do, that relationship will always be there. so i guess make the most of it? i know how hard it is to do that, and yeah, u get sick and tired of being the better person. believe me, i stopped talking to mine when i got sick of it, but then i talked myself into believing that i cant really break off relationships like that. so i make it a point to at least do the calling once in a while to make sure everyones okay and what not and see whats new with them and stuff. i hope that helps, babe. and dotn stress over it, thats the last thing u need right now.

ok so everytime i look at myself in the mirror, i look weird to myself. my eyebrows are too skinny. for the first time in ever, i want them to grow back ASAP so i can go get em fixed. my sister and mom said theyre not that bad, theyre even and everything and theyre not too skinny like pencil-thin, but to me i feel uncomfortable looking cuz im not used to it!!!! and i have soo many events to go to in the next few days!

anyhow, im so bogged down with work lately. only a week to go of classes, two finals on the same day on thursday ( ) and then i can study without worrying about going to classes for my last final on may 8th. i need duas ladies!

Foooooooooooz I'm so excited for you! I remember how it was 24 hours before my wedding, I was so calm but sorta excited...I think I was in shock. It didnt hit me that I'm getting married until the photographer came into the room the morning of. Everybody had to hold me up so I could make it to the stage Ah the memories.. the excitement..sometimes wish i could relive it. Enjoy it because before you know it, it'll be over. OMG by this time next week you'll be MARRIED!!

Thanks HijabiPrincezz! I just wanted to say thank you everyone for your inputs on the situation. I did congratulate my cousin by calling her personally and all that good stuff. sometimes i get really pissed off..and i say mean things, but i then go back to my normal self and be the nicer person i am. I prolly, would just call all of them up, conference call..and tell them

We got all these presenst for my family members and i kept saying, look bro "i" got this for you... then hubby would be like...helloooo its "we" not "i" hahha...good times.

that part didnt hit me until later that night at the hotel. I called my mom at 2 am crying about it.. one of the most depressing parts for me was also that i didnt get to be roommates with my sister anymore (we had separate rooms but always slept in each others' rooms). I miss my mama and sister

I think some people aren't properly reading everything Asvi said. She DID mention that they repeatedly make her feel left out and this is just another incident from a larger picture.
