i think im WHEEZING. my heart feels like it's doing mini flip flops and my throat and chest feel weird.

i also hate feeling guilt. lots of it.

to be honest im not as hardcore as ive been advised to be.
here and there i munch on fruit, or have a tiny bit of carb. its not bad actually im doing good and i dont miss anything really. found good alternatives to salt, and even so im still using a little bit because i know to totally cut salt out is bad.

but still...i want dill pickle chips/popcorn

1 week down, 3 more to go! then ill slowly add more deliciousness into my diet! yummm

I'm so glad to hear that other people hate phone conversations too. I thought I was the only one.. I avoid returning calls at all costs, I despise making calls.. etc etc.

Yummayy I just had dinner (got back from grocery shopping with my roommate really late) and now it's time to start making up the sleep I've lost since Friday.. nite fph!

Well, i think it was wrong of her..since we're close the least she could have done was text me or an email..cuz i hardly even go on FB. she only FB messaged me and my other cousins she told in person or over the phone. And she only FB me when her hubby forced her to do so, otherwise she wouldn't have.. Anywho.. So should i return the favor FB way or call her personally? My sis says i should call her and other cousins, even though they never share any info w/me and leave me out of everything, I should be the better person.
But i'm tired of being the better person, so i was thinking of letting them find out from other people. Give them a taste of their own medicine.

anywho..i'm getting underpaid for the work i'm doing...WTH???
