I actually weigh a lot more than I look and when I see other people who weigh around my weight they are a bigger size. Honestly, I'm more concerned with size than weight (even when I look at size charts, I'm supposed to be a bigger size but when I try them on, they're too big ) Once I hit my goal size I'll probably stop, even if I don't hit my goal weight because I know there's so many factors into weight (like water, muscle, bone density) but measurements and sizes are more accurate. I don't know.
And thanks for the encouragement! With my plateu, I need it

I can say the same, I look really tiny for my weight. I'd like to think its the bone mass

ew, girls dont have muscles
kidding, I have a naturally firm and toned build as well. I get it from my mothers side. The ladies on my moms side have very, very solid bodies.
On an entirely unrelated note, I think I need another coffee

Re: Female Personal Hygiene
Salika, Mashallah on the body/weight loss. How'd you manage to do it? Did you follow a specific diet/routine or just healthy eating?
So basically, I was alhamdulilah doing find in eating healthy and then I got sick, and after I got well again, I didn't exactly get around to cooking for myself and my eating habits went down the drain. Sigh. I put on four kgs.

It's funny how that works. If I tell people my height and weight, they can't believe that I don't look like a bag of bones. Small bone structure, I guess? Although I've been warned never to ski because of my delicate wrists (the person was afraid I would snap them on the first fall ).

Re: Female Personal Hygiene
Haha, my doc (also my professor - weird ) and the NP at school always comment on my weight...but I have plenty of curves. Oh well, having such a tiny frame kind of forces you to dress halal - tight clothes are never small enough to actually be tight.

Re: Female Personal Hygiene
I have a 25% off Ann Taylor coupon that I can forward to 5 people. It can be used at Ann Taylor, Ann Taylor Loft, the factory stores, and online between April 17 and 20th. As far as I can tell, there's no minimum purchase, it's valid on sale items, and there's no limit to how often you can use it.
First come, first served, PM your email to me.

Re: Female Personal Hygiene
Today sucks. I get to school, open my e-mail, and for the third time this year, someone in our department died. This time it was a graduate student. Apparently he had an epileptic fit in the shower, hit his head, and died. Last week it was one of the secretaries husband, who died suddenly, and last semester another secretary died of cervical cancer. On top of that, we had homework due, were given a god-aweful take-home exam, AND I had to teach (in fact give a quiz).

Send your email to me. Once I have 5 people, I'll send them out. If there's more than 5, I'll try to do it again, if it lets me. I'm just not sure how they have it set up, so I don't want to just send one and get locked out of their system.
