aww, you too inshallah

Alhamdulillah it's been amazing here all day too! And I can actually enjoy it too alhamdulillah cuz I've been taking my allergy meds and the worst I've gotten so far is just serial sneeze attacks but nothing worse (sneezing feels so good ).

Our MSA had a bbq today to mark the end of the weekend "Spring Camp" they have every year (speakers are invited to come give lectures etc). It was on the lake and soooo beautiful subhanallah. A few of us stole some spare buns (holy crap there was a whole MOUNTAIN of buns) and fed the Canadian Geese down by the lake. It was so sad cuz one of them had a little string/wire wrapped around his neck and through his beak (like a horse's bit almost) and it was interfering with his neck movements. Poor goosie

Anyway so I'm here at my apartment for a few hours while the hubby is driving to Chicago to get his stuff (cuz he's expected to leave the country this week ). I hope he makes it back safely inshallah. He's bringing back our rollerblades and hockey stuff and inshallah we're gonna play late-night hockey...I better get to work on my essay so I dont have to worry about it later, heheheehe

freakin hell!!! someone DID steal it! they broke into my car in the middle of the night... both my ipod and itrip were missing, and the sunglasses... i found the quran, which is in a zippered pouch inside my dashboard, unzipped and under the front passenger seat... which was totally weird. and apparently, when a camry is broken into, the next time you unlock it with your clicker thing, it beeps like a bajillion times. and it did!!!

I HATE THIS APARTMENT BUILDING!!!

i'm absolutely convinced its an inside job. i think it was one of the maintenance guys. this is AFTER they changed all the locks in the building.
