the best part is having no clothes on and it feels amazing
anyway, my exam went well today alhmadulillah
thanks to those that made duaa for me, if any 
and now im gunna skip my night class to celebreate and go to the movies!

same here! it's so funny, i didn't crave ANYTHING when i was pregnant.. but in a non pregnant state i get all these random cravings where i feel like "i must have that, NOW". and i don't have pregnancy to blame it on i do, however, use breastfeeding as an excuse to allow myself to eat as much as i want..lol. thank goodness for my fast metabolism! |

i need to lose belly flab....how do u do that without losing weight anywhere else and looking like a pathetic stick and just losing the ugly flab in ur middle area?

sally the queen of the gym said it's not possible to target one area alone.
I'd say just cut out the junk food and do some stomach crunches? No idea really, I'm just guessing.
I'm going to get a hula hoop from toys r us and see if that's a fun way to exercise

kinda nervous..my entire class is going to read and dissect my paper tonight, write a paper on what they think about it and then we're supposed to have a half hour + conference on it with our professor
