*sigh* I feel nauseous, restless, anxious and lonely...and sad. I don't know why. Stuff isn't going well for me lately and I have a lot to do this week and it's still only Monday and nobody around me seems to understand. I felt like this last night too. I feel so lame and stupid, I cried myself to sleep for no reason last night, woke up and started crying again...what's wrong with me?!?!  . On the bright side, I worked out with my friend today and it felt good. Tomorrow is yoga and then more working out with my friend on Wed inshallah. My legs ache though...and I have a 5 pg paper due tomorrow (not so bad but she grades like a Nazi) that I havent started...and I've gotta open a bank account and ohhhh so much to do and no time, I feel so sick to my stomach

my favorite pastime! I have a few ways..
1. Stand about a foot away from a wall and stand with your back to it. Twist at the waist and touch opposite hand to wall. Repeat with other side and don't move anything below the waist.
2. Do the same thing except sitting in a chair. Grab onto the sides or desk (if attached to the chair) to help you twist. Great for class!
3. Upward dog in yoga, followed by downward dog and upward again. Then, child's pose.
4. While standing, raise arms to chest level with elbows bent. Turn sharply to left, then right. Repeat until you hear a popping sound  |
