So last weekend my mama cooked me a bunch of meat dishes to take back to school (2 containers of chicken haleem, 8 shami kababs, 3 seekh kababs, chicken makhani..). Ugh it's so much meat! lol, usually I dont get enough meat. Today I decided to stop by this cafe and get a 3-cheese avocado (veggie) sandwich with a fruit cup. I feel so healthy alhamdulillah. yummmmay

My stupid pinkeye turned straight into allergies, my eyes have never been this bloodshot cuz of allergies, I cant even wear my contacts b/c my eyes become red and yellow, cloudy and they leak clear stuff. I cant breath because I'm all stuffed up and probably sound like Darth Vader when I'm walking around campus . My nasal/sinus cavity feels reeeaally dry too but no headache so far alhamdulillah...iA it stays that way. Allergies suck.

I'm good alhamdulillah. Belly's starting to get a bit awkward now. My sister gave me a load of clothes from before she went on her wonder-diet - some of them are really nice and hardly worn, so I'm all set for a while. The crunch came when I had to switch from pyjamas to a nightdress. I hate wearing nighties. Anyway. Yeah, the pants I got had elastic all the way around. Why, does that make a difference?

Heba, do you have allergies too? For the longest time before I figured out I had allergies I would just think I was getting a cold and it would last for weeks and weeks..

Aww yea, my eyes hurt too. And it always stinks cuz just when the weather gets really awesome, the allergies start. I've always had sinus problems but developed allergies later on (like only a few years back), it sounds a lot like you've got the same problem. Just to be sure, maybe you should see a doctor? He/she can give you some allergy meds. I took Loratadine for the past month but it didnt help so they've got me on Allegra now.

i dont know if i have allergies actually. haha, its quite possible i guess! i took some allergy meds last night because its the only thing i found in the cupboards, and it worked for like 4hrs, until i woke up not being able to breahte.

lol, hahaha. I have that too! It gets so annoying, I get so self-conscious and feel like people can hear me struggling to breathe because I have to open my mouth to breathe. My husband complained to me yesterday that at night he can hear me breathing heavily, even across the room

Something that might help ALLERGIES.

I got this thing called Neti Pot that I saw on Oprah one day. I got mine from Walgreens for like $15 but I'm lazy and rarely ever use it. I just used it and alhamdulillah I actually feel like it helped dislodge some of the crap that's making it hard to breathe. My doctor told me if I do it more often it will help in the long run with allergies and congestion. Maybe it could help one of you guys too

I hate incompetent sales associates! This jerk over charged me by $15! I got two evening bags on sale from Express. One was $15 on sale and the other $20. He charged me $30 for one and $20 for the other! Ukh. I just called the people and they told me that I would have to come out to that same Express. WTF? I don't feel like driving all the way out to Towson. I guess its kind of my own fault. I should have looked at my receipt .
