When she was alive, my MIL (may she rest in peace) always told my husband not to fight with me too much, and told him too that it's okay if I am a little heavey, because she was also heavy. She was sooo sweet to me.

yes, actually you should gain a bit because muscle weighs more than fat. eventually once you start following a good schedule of exersize and healthy diet, you'll start to lose.

ive had my hair au natural for a few yrs, but a while ago i experimented a LOT with my hair, and have had a whole spectrum of haircolors. the best permanent kind i found that didnt dry out my hair too much was loreal excellence cream, and garnier nutreisse. i dont know if any other good ones have come out since then or whatever, but those were good imo

umm sorry but theres no such thing as a spot reduction exercise. i'm not gonna write it all up but you should google. stomach exercises alone will not be effective in losing weight around your stomach.

i never said there was. I was just saying it didn't make sense because now that i've tried to be "healthier" and actually excersise and eat right my tum-tum got big. Maybe i'm eatting the wrong foods....but thanks. I will google it. Maybe I can find other workouts in addition the ones i do.
