Try substituting soda for water, juice, fruits, etc.....thats what I did. And take it slow......you'll get off it eventually

I can't stand juices like apple, fruit juice (sickening)... I actually completely stopped drinking soda a few times. My entire issue is that I can't have water with certain foods. Its like if I'm eating seafood, I have to have soda - I can't have seafood and water . And sometimes soda helps with digestion. Oh well...

I hate seltzer! It makes me gag and it tastes like flat soda! If I could, I'd drink pink lemonade all day long . I got those Crystal Light to Go packs, but there's some warning on the back about phenel-something or the other, so I stopped using it.

i tried finding this particular one in the stores and online but couldnt find it anywhere. apparently its available overseas only? i could be wrong. i fought someone on ebay for it.. and won
oh.. the price in the UK is about $180 USD, i got mine for $85

If you use up all of the pre-epilation wipes, where can you buy more from?

Maybe I'm not exfoliating properly or something, but what are you using exactly to exfoliate? I use a pumice stone, but I still have them .

when you run out of the wipes, you order more from the website they give you on the package.
oh and oridinary pumice stones never worked for me... but then i discovered what my roommate was using... it was so awesome, i had her buy me one. its much much rougher and isn't that painted crap they sell at walmart and other places. she got it from some arab store in norcal.
here's something similar i found online: DealExtreme: $4.12 Natural Volcano Rock Feet Skin Filer and Exfoliator
oh and you could try exfoliating with sugar too... that works pretty well.
edit: my roommate had been using the lava rock type thing for so long that her hair stopped growing back... so when me and a bunch of other friends got our own and decided to give it a shot, one girl misunderstood and thought that you had to keep rubbing your leg with it until the hair just fell out, IN ONE SITTING. poor girl scratched her legs up...

The pumice that I have is from the Indian store, but it doesn't look as intense as the one you posted. Anyway, I guess I'll have to look for one. Thanks !

Re: Female Personal Hygiene
I hardly ever drink soda. My husband, though, is a soda adict. He has switched from regular, to diet soda though. I'm a dairy adict. I drink 2-3 glasses a day, and then eat cheese and things on top of that. I think so far that's the only thing I've craved, cheese. Hmmm.... dairy.....

I went from reg to diet back to regular. I enjoyed diet, but someone told me that it causes seizures so I stopped. Now I was with I could apply that same fraidy-catness to harms of drinking soda.
Anyway, I'm about to mail out one of my applications along with my reference forms. I'm getting really nervous! Duaas please...

Benozyl peroxide.
I like Clean & Clear Persa Gel.
Though tea tree oil is supposed to work just as well as benzoyl peroxide. So says Salika. I dunno; I haven't tried it enough to say whether it works or not 'cause all I had was the anti-blemish stick from The Body Shop, which I ran out of now.
This girl from a couple of my classes called me and we ended up talking for like two and a half hours. Heh.
I think I have a new girl friend... that's great, 'cause I love my girlfriends.
I spent all evening last night with another one of them; we went to this vegan dinner. It was awesome (me and her go wherever there's free food).
I dunno why some people say that women aren't as fun to hang out with as men. I think I much prefer the company of women.
EDIT: I don't mean to say that men suck. They can be nice and funny and smart and awesome too, MashaAllah, but I was just saying I don't understand this common perception that women are catty and thus make worse friends than men (a view I hear from women mostly).

I know what you're saying. I think a lot of women have only experienced the good side of men, the side they present to women becuase they want the woman to like them. Being with men as the lone woman when they are in their natural habitat is totally different.

Re: Female Personal Hygiene
salaam! hope all's well
diet soda drinkers have higher rates of obesity and diabetes than people who only drink regular soda.
(please note: correlation does not mean causation)

Re: Female Personal Hygiene
I felt so feminine today because several of classmates complimented my look I thought they were joking around with me....I mean, WHAT look? I wore a long, dangly black skirt with plain black net border, a black jacket and a vibrant green low v-neck, short sleeve tee. Nothing special for me, but a lot of people liked it
But nonetheless, I felt good and all shy and girly
