I'm SO glad to be home for spring break alhamdulillah but I wont get long to rest b/c I have homework in every single class that's due within the first 3 days I go back. I went to Walmart and stocked up on all this awesome stuff: cappucinos, bagels, orange juice and a new pink YOGA MAT!

I'm going to my awesome stylist (mashallah) on Monday for a hair cut and color...I cant wait. I want something drastic color-wise because I have a feeling my hubby is going to surprise me by showing up from India sometime...I'm so excited, I hope I'm right

majoring in human resources, im gunna start at the bottom earning minimummm, but eventually i want to be a consultant/freelancer or be at the top where i call all the shots

im hoping to get into a company like accenture or something big like that, inshaAllah.

So our party was awesome, Alhumdulillah. My two friends reallllllllly helped me and my mom out a lot. One of my friends basically took control of the kitchen and was ordering me around. LOL. The sucky part was that I put too much water in two of the chafing dishes and they water started BOILING over. Twice it boiled over onto my hand. The entire back of my hand and my thumb is burrrrrrned, but Alhumdulillah its not so bad .

But make sure you put something on the burn, you dont want a mark

do that gently with your legs. first soak them in warm water then rub them gently with the stone... its a nice massage too. it leaves them feeling sooo smooth, and for me its been a reeeal problem cause im light skinned with dark, thick hair.

what if you have funny looking pores from overzealous shaving in the past? will doing this help minimize that?

I will after I'm done with the 50 bajillion dishes! My dad has this thing about using "real" dishes vs disposable. I can understand if its a party of 20, but anything over that is ridiculous. We had 65 people! I have to clean the chafing dishes and all of this other crystal stuff my mom used for chutnies, sauces, desserts... I have a long night ahead of me. Oh on top of that, some guest dropped cake on the carpet and left it there - they didn't even try to clean it up nor did they tell anyone. Sooooooo disrespectful... If I find out who it is, they totally aren't getting an invitation back here.

I had a crappy, horrible, making-me-want-to-cry-in-the-hospital day, but I just got back from an awesome dinner with the surgery-girls in my class. We talked about school and boys, of course... and then we made lots of dirty jokes and made all the other people in the restaurant really uncomfortable.

what do you put on (oil) burns? There are some burn marks around my eye and i don't want them to stay, how do i make them go away? this is what i get for being so vain!!!
