I dunno if this will really help, but I Googled some stuff... Hope it helps . They said some of it is hereditary .

How can I prevent varicose veins and spider veins?

Not all varicose and spider veins can be prevented. But some things can reduce your chances of getting new varicose and spider veins. These same things can help ease discomfort from the ones you already have:

* Wear Sunscreen to protect your skin from the sun and to limit spider veins on the face.

* Exercise regularly to improve your leg strength, circulation, and vein strength. Focus on exercises that work your legs, such as walking or running.

* Control your weight to avoid placing too much pressure on your legs.

* Do not cross your legs when sitting.

* Elevate your legs when resting as much as possible.

* Do not stand or sit for long periods of time. If you must stand for a long time, shift your weight from one leg to the other every few minutes. If you must sit for long periods of time, stand up and move around or take a short walk every 30 minutes.

* Wear elastic support stockings and avoid tight clothing that constricts your waist, groin, or legs.

* Eat a low-salt diet rich in high-fiber foods. Eating fiber reduces the chances of constipation which can contribute to varicose veins. High fiber foods include fresh fruits and vegetables and whole grains, like bran. Eating too much salt can cause you to retain water or swell.

Totally. Boys are such haters, especially islamican boys. It's like being rude, crude, and insulting is a proof of their manhood. Don't they know that's what SUV's are for?

I just had to file a complaint on someone I don't even know. I might have to call the cops if things don't get better.

you can do it at the first sign. thats why I prefer it over waxing. it looks like a waxed leg, you don't get stubble.

it thins out the hair so with time, you'll end up doing it every 1-2 weeks.

A good way to start with the silk-epil (I have one too) is to get your legs waxed and then start using it once a week for the regrowth. That way it won't hurt too much and you'll stay relatively hairless.

Married ladies...and Ladies who've been in multiple relationships...

how alike in either personality or physical aspects is your husband, similar to your father or brothers?

Is that old saying "girls marry guys like their fathers" ?

oh i have a question for the married people too.

what kind of stuff is important to have in common with a potential spouse? like, i dont know..aside from religion/values blah blah..i mean like just stuff...interests..activities, etc..do people even look at that? or does it just kinda fall into place? i know a lot of newly married people for whom things arent so bad but it's really frustrating for both people in the relationship to spend quality time together because their idea of having fun isnt the same..

cuz i dont wanna get bored of somebody
