My hair is frizzy and it had a really good effect. Don't put a lot though or it will weigh your hair down and look oily, play with the amount.

get your ends trimmed, switch to a sulfate-free shampoo, deep conditioner (I like biolage..it's $$ but the container is huge and you only need a tiny bit)
