Re: Female Personal Hygiene
My [old] mentor sent me a text asking if I would sub for her tomorrow. She said that the class told her two interns that they missed me and wished that I would come back. Aww! I miss my kindergarten students so badly. I'm soooooo excited to be their sub tomorrow, iA .
Ps: Fooz, I guess you won't be getting Shaan Masala after all.

Re: Female Personal Hygiene
i wanna go study abroad in rome. by myself. and i want to not know anybody in my surroundings for a while..and not know my surroundings. and just get to know a whole new way of life and streets and culture and people.
but my parents won't let me. ah..they say i need a husband for these things...a husband..right... like i need a man to mess my personal getaway.
anyways when i was just entering teenagehood, i thought my parents were nazis...but they werent..they were just slow in allowing me my freedom...and so in time i earned all the priveleges as everybody else..except a bit later..and so one of the last things on the list to 'earn' is to be able to live away from home on my own. and to them the only way that can be earned is if i get a husband.
so im wondering if im single for another 6 yrs maybe theyll just be like ok screw it, you can study abroad on your own? the whole point of studying abroad is to be alone. so a husband in the picture kind of ruins the purpose. plus, i doubt any guy would randomly want to get up, pack his stuff and move with me to a random city for 6 months.
meh

from my experiences, its really rare for muslim parents to let their kids live alone, even within the state, let alone out of the country!!
the only reason my parents are sitll here and havent reloacted to lebanon is because i refuse to go. its so gay, i dont want to get married anytime soon and i want to TRAVEL.

Re: Female Personal Hygiene
assalamu alaykum
Laimuun - yay! Mabrook
I tried Body Shop's Vitamin C cleanser, i think Salika (?) recommended the skin boost but this is just as good masha Allah (mr. zzze said my skin looked photoshopped! ) wohoo, masha Allah.
Also, not cool with girls staring at husband, frick man, they did this at my wedding too coupled with (overheard) pervy comments. A simple usually suffices.
