it's a foaming agent. the fact that it's in toothpaste doesn't bother me but shampoo and body wash/soap do and it's a pain to find sls-free products...I have, though.

Re: Female Personal Hygiene
Hmm, isnt it a good thing? Why would you want to get out of it unless it were for something really important?

Because clearing your schedule for the duration of time needed if indeed you are picked to serve on a trial can severely mess with your academic career or your life responsibilities.

Re: Female Personal Hygiene
AAAaAaAaAaAaAaaaarrrggghhh!! It's freakin "Unofficial" at my school and this year they made it TWO days instead of one. I saw drunk people on the bus yesterday at 2:30 pm!!! The people in the apartment right across the window from mine have been partying and making soooo much noise for the last several hours, shrieking and playing music and being typical drunk university "students," and I am really tired of it.
Shall I report them? (I did it once before, quieted down pretty fast)

I don't think you can use work as an excuse, but you surely can use school. Your employer has to accommodate you but school doesn't work the same way. You'll miss class, hw's, exams. Its to hard to make up all that. They called me 3 separate times, but I kept telling them I was still in school. So they told me that once I graduated, I should call them up and tell them yea ok.

lol, that's awesome! Call her up for me?
Something that I find quite amusing is that somebody keeps driving down the street in front of my apartment and honking their horn all the way from one corner to the other. Wonder why cops havent stopped them by now

I just wrote them a little note that said "I'm a student and can't attend. Thank you." and sent them their form back and never reported lol. The only reason I spoke to someone that one time was because I was called when I was out of the country. She said I'd have to serve in a few weeks but I told her no because of school. She noticed that it was my third (or fourth) time delaying so she told me to write them a letter stating when I would graduate and be available. I never did lol. Did you ask her why you can't use school as an excuse? did you explain it would interfere with school and you'd fail? add some drama.
