I'm pretty happy alhamdulillah. Sometiems I just come in here to vent so it looks like I'm always upset but sometimes I'm sad but it's pretty miniscule in the big scheme of things.
I mean come what may come, that's life, no big deal.
Alhamdulillah ala kull hal

So.... can I be mean to my student, like yell at them when they get answers wrong, or ask me stupid questions, and blame it on hormones? Please, pretty please, sometimes I really want to yell at them, and takes a lot of restraint not to. Please let me use hormones as an excuse to be mean?

No, I'm not. I wanna use hormones as an excuse to do bad things. Your hormones are just making you feel bad, even though I bet you didn't do anything wrong.

Re: Female Personal Hygiene
I'm late. Usually I'm like clockwork, but I dunno what's up. I feel even more stressed out because I'm leaving on Thursday morning and "it" hasn't come yet. I hate having it when I'm not at home.

I'm glad you said flatmate and not roommate. I don't understand how people share the same room, nevermind share the same room with strangers. I'd be a serial killer before the freshers week was up.

Re: Female Personal Hygiene
I meant to say "flatmate" too I guess. I would kill myself before ever letting either of my roomies live in the same room with me

Oh my God, mine laughs like a farm animal too! hahaha that's a great way to describe it! I've started going home almost every weekend so I can get some sleep. One of them laughs loudly and is always occupying the bathroom and the other one is always whining and listening to music too loud. The only thing keeping me going is the thought that I only have 2 more months left with them

I agree with Spice, that would never have happened again if it was me. That's disgusting.

Re: Female Personal Hygiene
so right before my amazing interview i did something incredibly stupid... i even shocked myself. and my husband's jaw dropped to the floor when i told him.... never again!!!!!...
i was having trouble parallel parking in like the heart of downtown san diego (not exactly a safe area). and this complete stranger that was walking by started helping me out by giving me directions. and then he said "why don't you get out and let me do it?"
... and i said sure.. and i let the complete stranger into the driver seat of my car... with the keys in the ignition... while i stood outside in the street. i got lucky and he wasn't a serial killer rapist car jacker. he just parked my car, gave me my keys and left.
