I think what she meant was that she is used to wearing an abaya now, and that it would be hypocritical to not wear it?

Yeah, I was thinking that maybe she felt she'd be a hypocrite if she didn't wear one because she didn't want to get catty comments.

Click on the Insert menu then symbol. Scroll down to find the degree symbol.
or you could just try the shortcut alt + 0176.

on top of the menu bar..click "insert" then go to "symbol" and there you can choose the degree sign.

Guys, I'm going to Pakistan in 2 weeks.. haven't been back in 4 years and plan to spend all my money on stuff I can't get in London.. apart from the obvious (clothes) can u guys gimme ideas on what I can take advantage of being back home? Bangles.. khoosay slippers.. Hijaab's.. what else, I'm panicking?!

It really depends on the area she's going tobe visiting.
If you're going to Lahore, you might want to check out Liberty for really pretty evening bags, you could match them with the clothes you buy. Bangles and khussay are a given. I didnt find very pretty hijabs in Pak though, and I was shopping in Lahore and Faisalabad. But they have really pretty shawls!

you can get threading, waxing, facials, haircut, hair massage.... done for really cheap. like everything done for less than 20 bucks.
