I use Neutrogena eye makeup remover and it will take off everything, but the next morning when I wake up, I'll have liner smudges under my eyes. salaams! yay! i use clean and clear's make up removing cleanser
i put it on before i even wet my face, and admittedly am a bit harsh around the eyes (but you shouldn't be!). after i'm done washing, i put some facial lotion (i use oil of olay) on a cotton ball and wipe off anything near my eye lashes. leaves my eyes and the surrounding area moisturized as well, alh if you put it on the inside rim of your eyes (like i do), you might still have a little bit of darkness under your eyes the next morning -- but nothing a round of cotton ball w/ lotion can't take care of. hope that helps
lemme know if that works!

Vaseline works amazing. I use it to remove my mascara. Its gentle and won't ever burn you.

anyways, I've been looking at all the Hijab sites for new styles etc, But cant seem to find any styles, I'd appreciate it if any of the sisters would perhaps post some links or tell me a little about thier face shape and the way they do their hijab. I know the Hijab is for modesty etc but its also good to look "presentable" and to feel good in the clothes one wears basically.

I have an oval face and I wear square hijabs, which in my opinion look good on most people. I find that the shayla doesn't suit everyone, and very few people can pull it off. This is how I wear my square hijabs: How to wear Hijab
Hope that helps sis, and insha'Allah you'll ease into wearing the hijab soon

You have to give us the definition of beauty, then only will that line make sense.

I used baby oil. Vaseline is too hard to remove. Just put a little baby oil on a cotton ball and wipe it over your eyes.

Aloe Vera gel. Apply it liberally and often. I suggest keeping the bottle in the refrigerator. That way it feels sooooo nice and cool when you put it on your skin.

Re: Female Personal Hygiene
salaams ladies
ok so bridal showers are the BESTEST thing that any one can have (esp after being a broke university student)
i kinda went a *tinsy* bit crazy shopping in the past few days -- but it was well worth it
what is a tinsy bit crazy?
putting down at least 200 at laSenza in one trip
buying a Chi for way more than you should ever spend on hair stuff when you wear hijab
getting yourself BOTH Hypnose (lancome) and Princess (vera wang)
and really getting yourself quite a few items you've been desiring for the past few months/year (i.e some vichi products, MAC cosmetics and a little Sephora action)
(oh and all this after FINALLY buying a laptop and a ipod this week :S --macs are the best!!!!) alhamdulillah alhamdulillah alhamdulillah
dude i gotta hit up a charity box!! i feel pretty dang guilty about it
this week has been the -- wedding is this sunday and moving to kuwait is on tuesday :S --please remember us in your duaa?
salaam salaam

when i got married i went crazy on the spending too...but it seems u totally beat me out haha. i heard the reviews on chi weren't too great tho. but i loveeeeee these new hair straighteners wheeeeeeeeeeeeeee
buying lots of stuff is exhilirating. but wrong. but soooo fun.
oo and on the hijab topic, amira hijabs, i think, make me look like a worm. but i still wear them to work out b/c they're the easiest.
