Do the ladies hold eachothers hands there, or just the men? Cuz in the states, girls hold hands and stuff (and are not lesbo) but men would never dare to touch eachother (except to slap eachothers bums durring sports )

Just being in the rain with your special someone is quite romantic
However, if you dont like rain, you could stand under a tree, shed, or something with the rain as your background

I don't recoment standing in the middle of an orchard though, cuz the pesticide starts running off the trees (along with the bird poop) and the ground gets really muddy. Umm... not that I ever did such things in my jahil days.....

no, women don't generally touch each other. The women here are pretty scary - i only feel compelled to wear the niqaab in 2 situations: when i feel ugly and when im in the women's prayer area in the malls (to hide)
just the men...and the boys, holding hands, even going out of their way so people don't split them up. It's really normal here.
displaced: mhm. Today, whilst driving out of the mall, some shabaab (i'd say around 16) were in a rush to get out - nothing new there. What WAS new (to us) was the fact that the niqaabies in the car infront took off their niqaabs and kinda twirled it around and gestured for the boys to follow them. I swear the chubby little 16 yr old was jiggling in his seat, like christmas , eid and the destruction of the berlin wall had come all at once. One of the companions looked like he was keeping an eye out for any authority fgures and the other had his hands placed together thanking Allah or something.

How can you make out in the rain? Doesn't water go in your mouth?

I think I might have seen a old movie with rain used as a background, but that in itself is so romanticcccccc ......do let us know the results, eh?
