my friend gave me a gift certificate for a mommy-to-be massage at a spa. and my hubby told me to add a facial on to it.  |

that's sweet, zakk. you should take a break every now and then. being a mommy with another little one on the way is tough.

EWWWWWWW
They massage with attention to areas that are uncomfortable in pregnancy, and don't get all shiatsu-violent on you. Also, they have special tables so you can lie on your tummy without discomfort. |

I have this one teacher who hates it if you're even 10 minutes late because it "disturbs his train of thought".  
the TA comes and asks you for identification and writes your name down (which causes more distraction!) seriously, this isn't elementary school.
alhumdulillah I haven't been that late but I feel bad for students have to put up with that.
*edit: forgot to add that this class is in an auditorium with 250 students

This whole series of posts reminds me why I don't engage in discussions with my students about the rules and have a syllabus with very clear guidelines.
