Most people develop lactose intolerance in early adulthood. There are very few adults who can consume large amounts of milk without any side effects.

What do you consider to be large amounts, and what are the side effects. I drink about 3 glasses a day still (sometimes less, but if I don't drink the milk, then I eat cheese or yogurt) without any problems (gas doesn't count, I'm naturally gassy).

Almay! It really works well. Anyone that's seen me or my pics knows I'm all about the "cat-eye" look. If I'm in a really fancy mood, I'll apply liquid liner to my bottom lid too. I've never tried the shadow-liner myself; however, one of my classmates uses it. I actually asked her tonight what type of brush she uses.

I'm talking like half a gallon of milk, ice-cream, etc within an hour or so. It's also a matter of how much time you have it over (enzyme kinetics ). Three glasses throughout the day will be less likely to cause problems than three glasses right after each other. Also, the bacteria used to make yogurt break down the lactose, so it's the one dairy product that lactose intolerant folks can usually have without worry.

Re: Female Personal Hygiene
I finally got contacts again. It's been about 8 years since I last had them.
I've developed these really annoying back zits recently. Somehow, my back is also really dry and itchy at the same time.

gassiness is a symptom of lactose intolerance.
