There's no need to feel embarrassed for me, heh. 'Cause I'm not embarrassed.
Anyway, I'm not continue this or responding to the other posts 'cause FPH is supposed to be lowe and not stupid arguments.
Zakku, are you really gonna make dua while in labour?
And those nightmares, are they about being unprepared for the baby's birth or about something going wrong or 'cause labour is so scary?
EDIT: Deleted part of my post, because it wasn't appropriate.

yeah..codeine can be addictive. tooth problems have the potential to get a lot worse and they don't self-resolve. you can go from only needing a filling to needing a root canal.

You're not going to get addicted by taking one pill, or even by taking it for a week. To become addicted to pain killers, especially mild ones like codiene and hydrocodone, you have to take them for extended periods of time (like months). Even intermitent exposure will not make you dependent (take for a week for a tooth ache, and in 6 months take it again becuase you fell of a horse).
The effects of being in pain for a short time are far worse than the effects of taking the codiene, so take it and don't feel bad or afraid.

They're not nightmares. They're just dreams. Usually pregnant women have labor/baby dreams during the last trimester... it's hard to turn your brain off from the approaching events
And, yes. I plan on making dua inshaAllah during labor, because duas in labor are supposed to be accepted.
Interesting read:
THE VIRTUES OF PREGNANCY
· When a woman is pregnant with a child, all the angels will make Istighfar (repentance) on her behalf. Allah SWT will, for each day of her pregnancy, write for her 1000 good deeds and erase from her 1000 bad deeds.
· When a pregnant woman starts to feel the pain from contractions, Allah SWT will write in her records as someone who is doing jihad (spiritual or physical struggle) in His path.
· When a woman becomes pregnant by her husband and he is pleased with her, she obtains the reward of a person engaging in fasting for Allah SWT and a person s | |
