It bothers me when they put tampon comercials on prime time TV, and I'm sitting watching with my dad or someone. The comercials I hate worse of all though, are the genital herpes comercials. I mean come on, do things like THAT have to be on TV? "Hi, I'm a bad bad girl/boy and got myself infected with an incurable disease. but that's okay, I can still sleep around so long as I take these pills" it's like encouraging people to be promiscuous and spread the disease!

female hygiene product commercials embarrass me, too. those who need tampons/pads know they exist so there's no need for advertisements on tv...they can stick to women's magazines or hell...just put your products in the pharmacy and grocery store and we'll buy it. it's not a novelty.

and if they're going to include anything, how about a coupon for a free chocolate bar.

the herpes ads crack me up. there was one with a theme song that said "nothing in my wayyyyy."

the worst is when you're w/ your brother/dad and the commercial comes on and they have the blue liquid "soak" test to see which pad absorbs better. ew.
