Those are just all the reasons I've heard. I don't buy the whole "letting yourself go" thing either (at least not before you have kids. After you have kids you let yourself go, but it's not a conscious choice, more a lack to time). I didn't gain weight after marriage. I've actually lost weight.

You gain weight by eating too much, and hormone changes.
As to being tired... that depends on the woman.

so wait...its not necessary that you will gain weight...right? you just eat right and you will stay the way you are...right?

.. aaaaaaaaanyway... i started my first day of work yesterday as a law clerk. fun times  i'm excitedddddd!
and tonight i'm going to spend the night at my mommy's house so she can not cry every time she passes by my room. i feel so bad for her that she's taking my moving out so hard. anybody know how long it takes moms to adjust?
oh and fifa, i looked ALL OVER walmart and asked the employees n stuff too. they had no idea what iw as talking about  maybe i'll check out target or a different walmart.
and can i just say again how happy i am for all you mothers-to-be... masha'allah masha'allah masha'allah. may Allah swt make it easy for you and give you healthy and happy children ameen!

anyways i dunno about weight gain but once i went on a website that would tell you how many calories you burn after different exercises, and "that" was classfied as an exercise and you do burn some calories apperently.

i dont know, i only went on to look for how many calories i burnt from dancing.
anyways you should tear the article out of the newspaper and save it untill your wedding night, that way you can read it without feeling like u commited sin.
