Doesn't it just.
As much as I am excited that I am pregnant, I can't cope with this nausea anymore. Running to the loo every few hours to vomit But I guess it's a price we pay to recieve such a wonderful gift from Allah SWT.

Yeah, I don't have time to hand wash anything. I think a bra lasting for 2 years is pretty decent - that's how long I had one of them before the straps busted.

Re: Female Personal Hygiene
Thanks for the reply. I was at VS the other day and the girl measured me and told me my band size was 4 inches smaller than I've been told previously. I thought maybe it's different at VS or in the States (even though I doubted it, I just said it to make her feel better when I told her it's wrong)...checked on the VS website later to see their measuring technique and she was wrong...which kind of turned me off further. So VS is a no go. Yay, which means I save money too.
I've been told gaining weight post marriage is inevitable. That sucks. But I still don't understand why that has to be the case. Just eat healthy.

Don't put your bras in the dryer!!!! It'll ruin them faster, especially the purty ones. Wash them on the gentle cycle in the washer (or hand wash them), then air dry them. Make sure you fasten the back when you machine wash them. One thing I've noticed is that VS bras quality are going down the drain. One was an angel demi as well and within a few months, the strap broke off. It shouldn't happen so fast
As far as the weight gain in marriage goes, there's really not much excuse for it. Maybe it has more to do with aging than marriage, but I am happy to say that I've maintained my weight exactly to what it was before I got married. I'm not on a strict diet, but I do try to watch what I eat. If I had McDonald's for lunch, then it'll only be a salad for dinner. If I have a piece of pie as a snack, I won't have bread in my lunch. I kind of bargain like that.

Yes it did. Anyway it's more like a myth or whatever you want to call it. That by doing those thing you gain weight cos you'll be tired after and not want to do anything...and well I heard from my health class that when you start doing that your hormones start changing the shape of your body for childbirth. Don't know how true any of these things are. The real health teacher wasn't there and we had a sub who wasn't qualified for health. Anyways Allahu Alim.
