i don't know if any other married couple has this dilemma or not. but it seems like we never have time to socialize. prolly cuz we both work evenings and some weekends. and then we've got family stuff on half of those weekends. we don't even get to spend enough time with each other. i don't know what to do about it except to wait for our weekends off to synchronise and all family events to be over. i SO wanna get to know and hang out with other married girls in my age group AND have enough time to spend with my better half too!

I used to feel tired all the time when I was anaemic. Getting enough sleep and eating normally didn't help either. It could be a number of other things though. You should go see a doc if you're worried

How can the doctor tell whether or not you're anaemic without doing a blood test?

The conjunctiva (the area revealed when the lower lid is pulled down) becomes pale in anemic patients. It's usually quite pink in healthy people. That's one quick-and-dirty sign of moderate anemia.
In very anemic people, people just look very pale/sickly. When it gets really bad, they may have rapid heart rate, shortness of breath, and other signs of decreased blood oxygen.

Re: Female Personal Hygiene
Surah 94:
Al-Inshirah (Solace, Consolation, Relief)
In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful
1. Have We not expanded thee thy breast?-
2. And removed from thee thy burden
3. The which did gall thy back?-
4. And raised high the esteem (in which) thou (art held)?
5. So, verily, with every difficulty, there is relief:
6. Verily, with every difficulty there is relief.
7. Therefore, when thou art free (from thine immediate task), still labour hard,
8. And to thy Lord turn (all) thy attention.

so today I had to take a final impression for a crown 4 times. not a single one looks the way it should.
tomorrow I'll pour them up in stone and see if I need to bring my patient in AGAIN to take another impression.
