i used to get really bad migraines in high school cuz of my TMJ, but alh, they've subsided now. i usually only get them when i'm extremely stressed. then and now, simple yoga exercises seem to help, especially if i do them regularly. if you haven't, maybe give it a shot? though i know such things don't always work for everyone regardless, may Allah swt expiate your (and jaani's) sins for the pain you go through, ameen

but the only way to know for sure is to go to your doctor and ask for a blood test

Re: Female Personal Hygiene
I came across this new product online..
Women of the world unite! Are you embarrassed by tacky panty lines? Do you despise wearing uncomfortable thongs and g-strings? Do you dream of going bare-down-there without the discomfort of itchy clothing? Well, now you can say "so-long!" to your thong and "bye-bye!" to your briefs, because women everywhere have a new lease on freedom.
Nundies is a new, fashion-solution product that promises to liberate women from the age-old constraints of femininity. Nundies is a one-time use, pantyless panty that adheres to the inseam inside of a woman's pants. Made from a nylon/lycra blend, Nundies are as soft as your conventional underwear, but they take up less space and don't leave embarrassing panty lines.
Don't be a fashion victim anymore, ladies! Try Nundies today and experience the freedom that women around the world enjoy with their new, favorite fashion-find!

I get pretty much the same thing, although, Alhamdulilah, I haven't had one in a long time. I usually just lie awake in a darkened bedroom, thinking dreadful thoughts, which only make the migraine worse...

p.s i miss you all.

I wear saris with short sleeves because I personally, dont find long sleeves attractive, unless the long sleeves are fitted and not loose
Check out Rani's beautiful sari with long sleeved blouse
