1.i guess u're all right...but i dont wanna come off as jungli either. heheh.

2. this morning i had an emotional outburst while my dad was driviing me to university. i was quite concern for the course im taking b/c it determines my honors or non-honors status for my program. and the midterm is in less than 48 hours and i haven't been able to study for several reasons. so, while i was explaining to my dad abt my outburst. he said to me, "u take life too seriously, if it doesnt happen this year. u can do it next year."
? im not sure if it is simple as that. but having a dad like that i dont know if it is a good thing or a bad thing. and i didnt know what to say to that?

princesszz: stuff like that is important but sometimes when a situation is out of your hands, it's way less stressful to take on your dad's kind of attitude! good luck

I really like Clairol's Perfect10. You only leave it on for 10 minutes (hence the name

If you have black or very dark hair, it's probably best to leave the dyeing up to a pro, cuz dark hair is so hard to dye lighter at home because there are so many color undertones in an individual's hair that it's difficult to predict exactly how the box color will look once it's on your hair (I have very dark reddish brown hair. the first time I tried to use box color to dye it medium brown my scalp and roots turned orange

).

Also, someone please correct me if anything has changed in the past couple of years, but I've heard that pregnant/nursing women should stay away from hair dye, especially at-home stuff (most professional salon stuff is safe, just ask to be sure).

how's it going and all that jazz? i'm good, alh. busy with work. enjoying the city. getting ready to get back to school mode, inshallah.

just thought i'd peep in and say 'sup'. and also check to see if any of you ladies need roomies for ISNA. i have a few friends that are thinking of going as well, we wanted to check to see if there were others in need of rooms.

currently, im sitting in the library with my XXL labcoat on, mind you it has all sort of stains on it.

. oversize coat. ghetoo style. with a failing attitude for 2morrow's exam. im abt to cut through the 'hot place' on campus to go for salah tul asr.
i guess, that's what overconfidence does to one's head.

HELP i have an ingrown eylash and its making me cry

I tried to get it out with a pair of tweezers but that didn't work. Any suggestions? I don't really want to go to the docs
