Re: Female Personal Hygiene
Awwww, MashaAllah, what a cutie-pie. I love his eyes, I love his hair, I love his chub.
In the third pic, he looks like a little girl.
As for the whole FPH/MPH thing, why must we go through this every few months?
Neither group talks about anything really private in these threads and you know everybody's reading your posts, so don't be lulled into a false sense of security thinking you have privacy. That's why we have the FPH Facebook group and I don't see anybody posting there.
I've never minded if guys post in here and I will continue to post in MPH if I see anything worth responding to. The neg reps don't scare me.
Anyhoo...
I remember somebody posted some coupons in here before and they've been doing the e-mail rounds too.
I read this in the paper today though, so everybody be wary.

Re: Female Personal Hygiene
I could probably make a cuter baby.*
And just to clarify my posts here are not part of some crusade to stop females posting in the Male Hygiene thread but rather cos I'm extremely perverted.
* I'm probably joking

subhannalah i was just watching the news and they brought this up. im not a mommy but i suppose i can add what i heard
the healthiest amount of time to lose the baby weight is over the span of one year. they never mentioned anything about breastfeeding though.

Re: Female Personal Hygiene
breastfeeding doesn't necessarily mean you will lose the weight. the best thing would be not to gain too much weight in the first place. take it from me.

Can you control how much you gain during a pregnancy?
Also, whats usually a good amount of weight to gain?

i think the healthy weight gain range is 25-30 lbs..over a span of 9 months..so i guess that would be about 3-4 lbs..like a pound per week..like only 3500 more calories per week..which is like 600 extra calories per day
then again i might be TOTALLY off ..though im pretty sure i read that in a credible magazine

Re: Female Personal Hygiene
a better estimate of healthy weight gain during pregnancy is given to people on an individual analysis by their doctors..i think for underweight people it's a lot more..and for overweight people it's lesser
