My sister got into a car accident (alhamdulilah she's okay but she hit an 86 year old lady and her daughter and it was COMPLETELY my sister's fault) and received 6 traffic tickets and a misdemeanor (for something serious and stupid) this week.
A VERY close family friend (like 40 year family friendship and living a few blocks away my whole life close) passed away today.
A Muslim friend of mine confided in me that she got an abortion with her Muslim boyfriend that no one knows about.
A relative of mine has just been given weeks to live.
And my poor happy go lucky brother just took a week off of work so he could come home and plan his engagement/wedding parties all excited because he doesn't know about any of this.
My mom's a diabetic and my dad has high blood pressure so we're breaking one thing at a time (they're taking the death very hard, any more and I'm worried about their health, but my sister's legal issues need to be sorted out for her record and they are bound to find out in a worse way if we don't tell them this week).
And one of the people mentioned above has threatened suicide and I'm trembling afraid of the future.
And I have a test and/or paper due every single day until next Friday.
But I can't take a break now. Too much going on. I can handle this inshaAllah. Life is interesting. You spend a few months with absolutely nothing going on...then bam...everything happens all at once and it's a test to see how you can deal. InshaAllah, with patience and your du'as (pretty please), I can do this and come out with lessons and experience...inshaAllah.
Okay. It's out. Now it's time to handle everything one by one with calmly and with a level head. Bismillah.

Wow.. really dont know what to say. will definitely make dua for you..

Re: Female Personal Hygiene
i have a head cold. Then, tonight, my astronomy teacher took the telescopes outside. I was cold and cranky, but subhanaAllah, I saw Jupiter, its bands and 4 moons. It was amazing. But alas, I am SO sick now. Need to take some meds. I did stop by the store and got some tissues. I LOVE puffs Vicks tissues. AMAZING

no. i don't think that's true. in fact, doctors often suggest you eat foods high in calcium before and during that time of the month. helps with cramps.
unless you're lactose intolerant or dairy makes you bloated. then perhaps you should avoid those foods.

I know, I'm not talking about TSS. My gyno suggests that you should change every 2 to 3 hours to stay fresh and to prevent disrupting your natural flora in that area. of course it's up to you, but i think 8 hrs is a very long time. blood also starts to smell and that's a sign that there's bacterial growth. i doubt you can go half a day without growing something
yeah, yeast infections and UTI's and other nasty infections you can get when you have bacteria and stale blood building up on delicate tissue.

Re: Female Personal Hygiene
sorry saja to hear that..
Q: There's was this 'girl' that she would keep bringing her brother up every time i'd see her. and truth be told, i was kinda slow at picking up the hints. didn't pick up on it until later. then i started feeling uncomfortable around her for some reason. when i did find out, i gave clear signs that read 'not intereted, thankyou very much' .as a result, i had to ignore her once in a while or pretend that i wasn't listening to her esp when she'd bring that old topic again. then, we stopped seeing eachother andtime served me well. i forgot that this awakwarndness that ever exited btwn us. so, i acted normal around her like my typical self. ---> . until few weeks days ago, she's acting all cold around me whereas im trying hard to undo the awkward moments. be normal. act normal.
i can't avoid her. (our daily life overlap a lot) and i don't know how can i stop this weird situation to get more weirder.
the other news: i was just on the phone with a friend when i wa tucking my collar..my gold chain broke off. now, i dont know how to fix it? is it fixable at all? hopefully i won't loose my fav. heart pendent..
