man, I'm tired. we had a bbq today, which was fun, but now my feet ache and I feel like I'm going to get sick.
but I have this whooole week off (except wednesday) to spend with my baby, yay!

you know what sucks? when one of your closest friends is making REALLY stupid decisions. and theres nothing you can do to stop her. and you want to tell her shes wrong but she just wont listen....

alhamdulillah i stayed up til 3 am doing it, my friend called me and we spent the night at her place.. just got back home and tried to sleep again (only 3 hrs of sleep last night) but I cant, it's weird. correct me if I'm wrong but don't you have to start 2 - 3 months prior for it to be fully effective? i think that's how it is if ur taking it for the first time in ur life or a first time in a while? they had me start about 2 1/2 months before the wedding date.. esp since if ur taking it for the first time ur gonna be experiencing some craziness (out-of-this-world cramps, headaches etc in the "adjustment" period)

I think I have to take the day off tomorrow. I'm wiped out, I still can breathe properly and this cough  fortunately, my patient's really nice and will understand.
