Yeah and for the invitation, you could say "Son of Doctors Jane and John Smith". OR, you could forego titles all together and do Wife and Husband Lastname. I wouldn't call them Mr and Mrs though if they're both doctors - better just to avoid titles if it looks funny.

my dad is finally coming home today. but things are gonna be different
his diet; his lifestyle needs to change.
when we first took him to the hospital it was due to a severe headache/ dizziness
finally the doctors said all that was happening because the arteries in his brain are permanently damaged so hes still gonna get dizziness from time to time.
make dua for him
