i switched from herbal essences to pantene for a few days. maybe that made it frizzy

go back a few pages..Im using this cream to get rid of my scars

btw when you go out in the sun you have to make sure to wear sunscreen of at least 30 spf otherwise the scars will be harder to get rid of

don't shampoo your hair everyday, it strips all of the natural oils/nutrients etc

for some reason, most conditioners contain alcohol.

what I finally realized is that drugstore brand shampoos make my hair and skin unhappy. the sulfates are very harsh. I get trader joes nourish shampoo and deep condition everyday with aussie's deeep 3 minute conditioner.

then i was relieved..

anyhoo, relying on THE CREATOR Of the world is utmost important, also on our intellect to be able to judge a suitor i think is also crucial. i dont know if this way of judging is good..she is happy and i am happy for her.! thats all that matters. and perhaps as they say, when things are meant to happen, it 'll happen and we'll just got to adapt to it..
