dang! I don't do it as much as it sounds.. I use the remover, then like a week later use the bleach...then 1 - 2 weeks later more bleach again (tweezing in between bleach sessions). Then I kinda give up and become a hairy monster until I can't take it anymore and have to get out the cream again.
I know, even then the chemicals suck. I dunno how to thread and waxing breaks me out . Inshallah when I can afford to pay for it myself (in a couple of years iA iA) I plan on getting lasered...

Re: Female Personal Hygiene
i've noticed the more i mess with facial hair, the more i have to take care of it later. i decided at 15 that i had a mustache and needed to thread. i had NOTHING now that i look back, but only did it because everyone else was doing it. and now i can compete with my brothers
i've only had noticeable growth in areas where i've threaded or tweezed or messed with in some way or another.
also, i asked my husband if i can get laser treatment. he said to pick between that or hajj

Re: Female Personal Hygiene
Hi ladies, I know I've been a little MIA recently (work schedule) but a quick thought in your duas would be appreciated.
I had a check up recently and a couple of health issues turned up - one was perfectly fine but another is turning into a concern. I've had one round of imaging and I have to have a biopsy in a couple weeks. I know it's probably nothing, but it's just a little worrying when something is classified as a "suspicious mass" (especially when the next category up is "95% probability of cancer" ).
Plus, I have a couple of issues in my personal life that I need to sort out, but I don't know how. Divine intervention would be appreciated.

Re: Female Personal Hygiene
OK, I need to stop reading about this. The radiologist thinks the "masses" are probably benign, yet still put me in a category that's 25-50% malignant. I hope this is just more CYA medicine.

Re: Female Personal Hygiene
Okay, because there was a bout of -ing earlier:
YouTube - India Arie - Video
Listen and make it your anthem. We're all beautiful!
Alhamdulillah, Alhamdulillah, Alhamdulillah. We're blessed in so many ways and it's sad that it takes something big for us to realize that our everyday problems are incredibly inane.
Bruin: Stop reading about it. It's just going to bring out the hypochondriac in you.
