Prenatal vitamins have been AWESOME for my hair/skin/nails, MashaAllah. I just ruin the skin portion of it by drinking some coke and coffee sometimes. Only sometimes.

Just to clarify, the above is MY neg rep comment to him. He gave me the same toastah one he's given the rest of y'all.
I have peaches that are going to go bad if I don't do something with them. Thinking of making peach cobler.

 but this one night I had a really bad headache and I made my husband call all the local McDonalds because I thought a French vanilla cappuccino (specifically from McD's) would fix it and because none of the nearby ones carried it, he went out and bought me a 2 liter of coke and viola! headache gone

my doc and midwife said that caffiene in moderation was okay, but just in case i avoided it in the first trimester, because of some study that said it should be avoided the first 12 weeks. after that though, if i have a craving for it, i give in. i've also had deli meats & hotdogs though, and i know some pregnant women stay away from those too.

thats interesting...i read that it should be avoided. but once in a while i did have dunkin donuts decaf hot caramel latte w/whip cream.  |

Good Alhumdulillah. Today was just the first day for teachers, so I did a lot of setting up until I ran out of staples for my staple gun. Next week the students arrive, so I will have more exciting things to share, if I survive   .
