I don't know anyone who's lost weight with slim fast but I hear great things about weight watchers.

Salaams,
If they're arriving at 4, why not do chai & snacks? Like, you can make samosas, appetizer-y stuff, etc, and some cookies, etc. You can set out a whole yummy snacky spread, even get some desi mix snacks or make bhel puri.

it means "my mirror", but without the video i could see how everyone thought it was "my women/wife" which would be "mra'ati"

It's usually the opposite for us I always get annoyed at hubby because he eats half my food and usually his is some shrimp dish or something (I can't stand shrimp) so I can't eat his

i wasn't talking about kebabs. i was talking about meals.
also, i'd say the number one reason the kebabs are loved so much is cause it's pre-mix masala

Re: Female Personal Hygiene
about the whole spice packet thing.
A week or two ago I made ground beef and peas. Depending on how lazy I feel, I might or might not use the spice mix. This time I didn't. Mr. ChotooMotoo doesn't know much about cooking, but while it was simmering in the last step he asks me "did you use the spice packet" this time I hadn't, and told him so. He replies "You should use it, it makes things taste nice." Yeah... so when he ate it I asked him how it tasted "It tastes very good."
Maybe I suck, I don't know. I can't really tell a big difference in taste when I use the packets or whole spices.
