hmm, i get those but i think it's sun-aggravated eczema. like, if i'm driving and the sun beats through the windshield onto my hands on the steering wheel, later that day i'll break out into bumps. wearing sunscreen helps prevent it somewhat. hydrocortisone temporarily helps the itching, and betamethasone (prescription from my dermatologist) makes it go away AND stop itching.
