it was just a creative way of saying..a 'positive' stereotype is just as bad as a 'negative' one.

asians aren't inherently clean or smart.
black folks aren't inherently criminals and lazy.
mexicans aren't necessarily all hardworking and live 10 to a closet.
brown people aren't all related, nor are they all enginerds that beat their wives.

so on and so forth.

usually? character, shared interests, and personality traits are a good way to determine whether someone would make a suitable roommate.

i am not dumb enough to buy into stereotypes. everyone needs to stop nitpicking everyone else's posts.. it's becoming pretty routine around here.

uh, you said it yourself? it's not nitpicking. if you want to be racist, that's cool. but saying things like that and then playing it off as 'nitpicking' when you're called out for it..come on, dude. seriously?

yea okay.. i wasn't stereotyping, i was repeating what i've heard from everybody - my landlord, former roommate, parents, friends etc. nobody is politically correct all of the time, get the hell over it. i am in no mood for arguing with you. bye.

then they're all racist, too.

think about what you just said cause it doesn't make sense. why do you think it somehow validates your racist views if everyone around you shares them? i'm sure that's how white folks in the bible belt validate themselves, too. i bet you can find entire towns that will have horrid things to say about the black community - that makes it correct, though, right? truth in numbers?

also. you didn't just repeat it, you've accepted it. why else would you say it?

also. the fact that you think i'm being politically correct is all the more telling that your view is racist - to say something to be politically correct, you're basically saying, "hey, i'm racist and all and deep down, i really do believe in my racist ways. but because i'm in public, i'm going to keep appearances and use a term or idea that is more socially acceptable."

im not trying to say that i don't say things that are unacceptable at times. i know i do. we all do. but i know that if im called out for it, i fess up to it and make it a point to try not to say whatever it is again. what i don't understand is why you're so adamant on lying to yourself about it.

funny how even after i said 'i dont want to argue' you keep going on about it. take a hint. i have my own issues, i have neither the desire nor time to spend bickering with you.

Seems like I've been getting in a lot of fights in fph lately huh? I feel like it's a coincidence. I feel like lately when I've been posting certain people have been "nitpicking" my posts...there are plenty of others who post about their lives on here and share much more info than me, how come I'm the only one that gets picked on for it?

anyway whatever. Not gonna stop me from posting in here cuz I love fph

for those who shave, wax, etc, wat type of lotion do u use right after u remove hair?

ive been using shea butter which is great then my mom suggested this arab type lotion from back home with a minty like smell to it, it really leaves the skin so much softer and reduced the chances of bumps and such (with razors)

Yeah, everybody hates on you. I don't see why.
But in this case, Qudsia had a good point. Just calling it like I see it, guys.

But anyway, let's show some sisterly solidarity now, and neg Jinnzaman also for viewing FPH.
