We make this one coffee drink thats amazing. We use fresh picked/roasted/ground coffee from Yemen, but I think any type of arabic coffee would be ok to use. Boil some water with ginger, sugar, and cinnamon. Then add some coffee, let that boil for a minute. Toast some sesame seeds and add it to the pot. Turn the heat to low and let it simmer about 10min, or until the sesame seeds sink to the bottom. Best stuff. I'll post exact measurements if anyone cares for them.

But I've never had it with sesame. Just the ginger and cinnamon.
