Ya cuz we have like this INVISIBLE Protection right? +.+ Of course they get HIV and AIDS. Not every Muslim is perfect, as a matter of fact, there are so many who go astray and are living a life of complete jahilliya. I wouldn't doubt if they did.

One of my uncles, a doctor, contracted aids through working in an aids clinic in Africa. He wasn't cautious enough.

Either way anyone can get aids, however its not as easy as people think.
Even ingesting blood is not a death warrant as many will ahve you believe.

ummm.... just so you know, AIDS is a sexually transmitted disease that's contracted through sexual intercourse, or sharing of other bodily fluids, specifically blood. Being cirrcumcized and doing zina with a woman will not protect you from aids. If you have a gun with 6 barels, you put 4 bullets inside, spin the chamber, and pull the trigger at your head, odds are you will kill yourself. You really wanna take that chance?
