Currently, I have a "toothache" at my upper right tooth..i can't even bite down...The pain began spontaneously this morning after I spent five mintues brushing and floosing after I enjoyed my cookies..Its Sunday, and my dentist is closed. yay me!!!

I hate dentists..

for once i am not fault 'coz i have a dry mouth..and lil saliva to buffer...its my upper tooth this tooth has demineralized over time and now its giving me a hardtime...i hate dentists 'coz needles scares me..(thats when im GETTING it)

then you could use products like biotene for your dry mouth and hit it with the fluoride products.

and..the cookie intake might be related?

people avoid the dentist because they're scared of needles so their cavities get bigger and then they need a root canal or extraction and do you think there are no needles involved? suck it up and get things fixed before they get worse.

dentists are great because they dont accept medicaid. I dont floss or go to a dentist or use mouthwash but i admire their entrepreneurial spirit

never heard of biotene? OTC? what is it exactly? i dont mind the needle in my upper arch, the filtration method..but the lower arch is...

ps i know the consequences, my dentist noted this tooth with a watch on it ..but i guess i gotta take care of all my MODS, DOs etc.bf this minor issue..

i was also told Oral B has came up with a super good mouth rinse? it works wonders.. true?

biotene is an OTC line of products made specifically for dry mouths.
Biotene: Dry Mouth Therapy by Laclede- treat xerostomia, relieves bleeding gums, gingivitis, gum irritations, bad breath

the new rinse oral-b has is an anti-cavity rinse. that's because it contains 0.05% sodium fluoride. it's nothing new..ACT has had the same thing out for a long time. if you get a lot of cavities, you should be using a fluoride rinse and getting professionally applied fluoride treatments. your dentists can prescribe a toothpaste that has 5 times the concentration of fluoride OTC ones do.

and if you suffer from dry mouth, extra fluoride will be helpful for you.
