Yes, no everyday brew beats it.

How easily can you get it in the land of the obese?

Word!

I can get it quite easily now, I live like 20 minutes from a British food store.

Has anyone tried white tea? It's supposed to be even healthier than green tea.

Yeah, I have

It's not really white. I'm not sure why it's called white tea. It tastes like the mountain tea from Greece, if you've tasted that. It tastes slightly different depending on the brand you're using, too. Worst is Lipton's white tea (totally relative; you might like it).

Based on no scientific proof, I decided it was good for when you have a flu or when you can't seem to sleep.

I've seen it sold in Whole Foods, I'm going to try it.

So my mother has a cough and someone told her that making a tea of out basil leaves will reduce the cough, so she made some (I grow basil in the yard) and it seems to have worked.

Basically she just stewed the leaves when boiling the water and added milk/sugar as usual. I love basil but basil tea sounded nasty, but I tried it and it was really good!

I just tried Numi Golden Chai spiced tea, added 2 teas honey, I like it. Not too flowery, not overly spicy.

" Numi's golden brewed, organic Chai fuses rich cultures in a complex and hearty Assam black tea. Indian cinnamon and mild green cardamom evoke a warm balance with the vitality of Chinese ginger. The peaked, sweet aroma of Turkish anise exhilarates memories. "

Red face

I tried Numi Honeybush tea, and it tastes like honey. Not bad. You don't need to put honey in it. Tastes like green tea mostly.

I want to get a little porcelain chinese tea cup and drink the teas out of that. It'll be nice.

"For hundreds of years, the Khoi and San peoples of Southern Africa hand gathered this plant from the mountainous regions of their homelands. This honey scented flowering bush creates an enticing rich brew with sweet honey over-tones. Rich in anti-oxidants, phytoestrogens and essential minerals, this new, organic African herbal is both delicious and healthy. One sip and the secret touches your soul."

tea is tea. Unless its got some flavoring in it or is made from a different plant, its just tea. Add a little milk (or not), some sugar, and drink it. Tetley, Lipton, Earl Grey, wierd brands with urdu writing on the packets, egyptian brands like Aroosa, its all the same
