haha hmm i dont know...it would probably work. (although the flavor combination sounds gross )

i think you just need something to moisten it up so they retain their ball shape when you dip. actually with brownies...you might not have to add anything if theyre super moist/chewy/whatever to begin with. hmm.

w/eeeeee i chocolate + raspberry flavoringgggg! haterrrrr

edit: quick google search gave me this:

BROWNIE CHERRY RUM BALLS

1 (21.5 oz.) pkg. Pillsbury fudge brownie mix
2/3 c. finely chopped walnuts, plus 3/4 c. more divided
1 (10 oz.) jar maraschino cherries with stems
5 tbsp. juice from cherries
3 tbsp. coconut rum extract or 3 tbsp. more of the cherry juice
1/4 c. Baker's angel flaked coconut
1 pkg. Nestles milk chocolate chips
1 tbsp. Crisco shortening
Optional: Cake frosting for garnishment

Prepare brownie mix for cake-like recipe and bake in 9 x 13 inch pan. Completely cool on wire rack. When cool, using large mixing bowl or food processor chop into very loose crumbs. Add nuts, coconut flavoring, juice from cherries and flaked coconut and mix with a fork. Cover cookie sheet with foil.

Gently pack mixture around cherries being careful not to break stem. Coating should be about a 1/2 inch thick around cherry. Place on cookie sheet and refrigerate for 3 hours until firm.

In a double boiler, lightly grease top pan on the inside with the Crisco and add the chocolate chips, stir until melted. Hold stems and gently coat cherry balls with a spoon, over pan, keeping chocolate warm until done coating cherry (work fast). Place on foiled cookie sheets and sprinkle with finely chopped walnuts before chocolate cools. Return to refrigerator for 1/2 hour. You may garnish with green leaves and red berries made from frosting for Christmas or decorate for whatever occasion. Serves 20 to 25.

oh and also this one... no frosting necessary.. just straight brownie

Chocolate Covered Brownie Bites - Allrecipes
^ the reviews for that one say that the chocolate coating doesn't harden.. i'll probably ditch the sweetened condensed milk n stuff and just go with regular semi-sweet chocolate chips..

I used cream cheese and they were still too sweet. Only me and my bro ate them; everybody else tried a little and went like "Ahhhh, too much sugar!"

i made creampuffs yesterday! they were sooo good

theyre easy

first spread a lotttt of butter onto a big cookie sheet and sprinkle drops of water onto it. set it aside.

u take 3/4 c water and 1/3 cup butter with a pinch of salt and boil it in a pan..meanwhile get 3/4 c flour and 1.5 teaspons of sugar in a bowl and mix it together. when the water/butter boils then dump it into the bowl with the flour and stir with a wooden spoon until the dough comes away frm the sides of the bowl into a ball.

then u beat 3 eggs in a sep bowl with like 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract. after its beaten, slowly beat it into the dough with an electric beater. you have to be really careful not to mix it in too quickly, cuz this will make all the difference. mix about 1/3 of the egg at a time..dnt add more till the dough is completeeeeely mixed. yous hould end up mixing it with the electric beater for baout 10 minutes or so in this process(and ur arm will likely fall off shortly thereafter) once the dough becomes smooth and glossy, you put 1/8 c of dough onto the cookie sheet, about three inches away from eachother. make sure the dough is piled up on itself and not spread, otherwise u wont get a nice puff bake it on 400 degrees for about 20 minutes.

cream filling and chocolate gaze..to be ocntinued...cuz im tired of typing now

So, I tried making those infamous cakeballs. They came out pretty decent. Tasted like munchkins. I used white cake mix, cream cheese, and semi-sweet chocolate. My little cousins helped me coat them with chocolate so it was messy in terms of presentation .
