I can't wait until I'm all done with this semester. I'm going to bake everything I can insha Allah.

I shall bake something new everyday.

Haha of course! Is there really any other reason why we bake?

Suffice, being the keyword, eh? I shall give it a try then.

I just googled that. Gonna give that a try too and see the difference, insh'Allah.

I'm in the mood to bake kid friendly sweets and desserts. So, I'm going to bake a whole bunch of cupcakes and decorate them with frosting and sprinkles for my little cousins.

Remember these?

I just had to repost them. The colours are so pretty. My bro* really did them justice when he took the pic.

*Last time I posted them, I didn't give credit. People assumed I took them. I don't even know how to hold a camera. Let alone compose a picture.

Yes, I do remember those! That's a great idea, I might purchase some food color, that would make the kiddies very happy. My sis made fish fingers for my cousin when he came over and he was all, "You made my favowite snack. " lol So I can only imagine how innocently he'll be grinning when I bring those cupcakes over, aww.

OK, I would like to know how you guys put the frosting on without those peaks and mountains. I want it smooth. I can't ever seem to accomplish that.

That would depend on what the problem is. Is it the frosting or how the cupcakes come out out of the oven? I made my own frosting and made sure the consistency wasn't too thick, rather a little runny. That way you can spread it on easily and the end result is smoother than with heavy store bought frosting.
