i put em in the fridge after rolling them into balls so they keep their shape and are easier to dip. usually after dipping it'll dry on its own. sometimes you have to refrigerate them. depends on the chocolate i guess.

I wanted to make a banana cream pie (instant pudding mix ) in a graham cracker pie crust. Should I bother topping it with anything (like cool whip) or trying to add something in there like a layer of rasberry filling? I'm not much of an experimenter when it comes to dessert - especially if it's not chocolate dessert. Advice?

maybe with sliced up banana? whipped cream also goes well on banana cream pies.

If I covered it with cool whip now and left it in the fridge - would the cool whip lose its consistency and become not as fluffy?
It's bad of me, but I want to force the raspberry filling into it somehow so I can just use it up since I opened the can. Maybe a layer between the pudding and cool whip?
Also, I put lemon cream pie filling in another graham cracker crust. I plan on putting cool whip over that with a sprinkle of almonds. Any suggestions on working with that (raspberry filling )

i think the consistency would be fine in the fridge. wouldn't the raspberry taste better with the lemon cream pie?

since raspberry and lemon are both very bright flavors, i think they would go best together. the banana would definitely be good with the whipped cream. any way you do it though, i'm sure it'll taste great.
